Processing Time

All Elariss orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.

Each piece is quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards before it leaves us.

Domestic Shipping

• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout
• Free standard shipping may be available on eligible orders and will be displayed at checkout

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Packaging

Every Elariss piece is shipped in our signature jewellery packaging, designed to protect your order and make it gift-ready upon arrival.

Returns Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery where:

• The item received is damaged or defective
• The wrong item has been delivered
• The item is significantly different from the product description

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Items that have been worn, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery
• Custom or personalised pieces
• Items returned without original packaging
• Change of mind, unless otherwise required by law

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at support@elariss.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging, where applicable

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Elariss or where required by law.
