All Elariss orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation. Each piece is quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our craftsmanship standards.

Domestic Shipping

• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days
• Express delivery: 2–3 business days
• Free standard shipping on orders above a set threshold (displayed at checkout)
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout

Packaging
Every Elariss piece is shipped in our signature jewellery packaging, designed to protect your order and make it gift-ready upon arrival.

Returns Policy

Eligibility
We accept returns within 5 - 8 days of delivery under the following conditions:

✅ Item received is damaged or defective
✅ Wrong item delivered
✅ Item significantly differs from the product description

❌ Items that have been worn, altered, or resized
❌ Custom or personalised pieces
❌ Items returned without original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@elariss.com within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs
3. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
